By using the website, you accept these terms in their entirety.
2. Registration
Access to certain features (contributions, comments, ticks) requires creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
You agree to provide accurate information when registering and not to impersonate anyone else.
3. Contributions
By submitting content (edit suggestions, comments, photos), you warrant that you are its author or hold the necessary rights.
Contributions go through a validation system by volunteer route setters before publication. The publisher reserves the right to refuse or remove any content that is inappropriate, inaccurate or unlawful.
4. Conduct
Users agree to:
- Respect other users in comments and messages
- Not publish unlawful, defamatory or hateful content
- Not attempt to disrupt the operation of the website
- Report any problematic content using the report button
In case of violation, the account may be suspended or deleted without notice.
5. Liability
Climbing is a dangerous activity. The information published on Wiki-Climb is provided for guidance only and does not replace your own risk assessment in the field.
Wiki-Climb declines all liability for any accident occurring while climbing, regardless of the information consulted on the website.
6. Intellectual property
The source code, design, logo and original texts of Wiki-Climb are the property of Wiki-Climb. Climbing site data includes freely available third-party sources, credited on the credits page.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Paris.
